Advice on osteoporosis

Osteoporosis occurs after leaching of the skeleton mainly due to acidification in the body.

The main topics for binding the limb in the bone are Magnesium, Bor and Vitamin K.

For osteoporosis, approximately 0.62% of magnesium is present in the skeleton. A healthy skeleton has just over 1%. One tooth has 1.7% and a tigertooth that can break a bone has 5% magnesium!

Lime is like a brick in the skeleton while magnesium together with Bor, the vitamins K2 and D are the brick.

There are examples of recovery of even long-term osteoporosis with magnesium supplements.

Make a hair mineral analysis to see your needs.

The hair analyzes show that about 80% of the ovaries need magnesium and about 20% need both calcium and magnesium.

Recommended products are

MinPlex B, Magnesium plus with vitamin B6, Lipolar balance with vitamins K2 and D and vitamin D3.

Only add extra lime when you have measured your lime requirement. Lime that does not bind the skeleton contributes to stiffness in joints and muscles as well as dry hair and dry skin.

Advice on the bile

Here are brief information about which herbs are traditionally used in bile disorders. Be aware that the information should be seen as inspiration and that some are not suitable for gallstones. If you are unsure, call for advice. First fill in the FAB under the Advice tab and mail it to me. In case of illness consult your doctor before using herbs when certain herbs may affect medicines.

Remember that we respond differently to herbal remedies and many bitter herbs also have a parasite and fungicidal effect, so it may be important how long the treatment is and to complement with probiotics. There is a lot of literature about herbs and I want to increase interest in this as many are also without side effects and do not hurt the environment.

Advice on cold feet and hands

Cold hands and feet are due to reduced circulation. The reasons for it may vary. Cayenne pepper produces nitrogen oxide that help blood vessels widening. Cayenne also increases circulation and combustion.

Take your cayenne pepper in your morning drink. I mix it myself with water and Mighty Greens or Basics and Activize. If i forget to take it then it takes two to three days before the feet feel like ice cubes in the evening :)

There are many states such as coronary problems, memory problems, etc. which can decrease with a better oxygenation. Take care if you have a stomach ache. Take a dose one to three times a day.

The oxygenation also increases with conscious breathing. Relaxator is a great tool for those who want better breathing rhythm and inner calm.

Ginger is one of our very best circulation herbs.

Do not forget to exercise! If you are immobilized, then it is important that you tense up ur muscles as much as you can, for at least thirty minutes a day. It retains circulation, lymph flow and muscle mass.

Advice on Silent Inflammation

Silent inflammation - A ticking timebomb

There is a common denominator for all chronic diseases and it is inflammation!

Inflammation of a muscle feels like pain but inflammation of the vessel, pancreas, brain can't be felt, so-called silent inflammation.

Cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, depression and alzheimer can not exist without inflammation. This means that regardless of disease, primary care should be anti-inflammatory with natural substances, diet and lifestyle changes. Medicines save lives, are powerful and remove inflammation but slow down healing. Use for as short of a time as possible in consultation with your doctor. Medicines often have many side effects. 16500 people die in the United States each year because of medicines. 10% of patients in Sweden are in hospital because of side effects.

Natural remedies / natural nutrients reduce / eliminate inflammation and increase the rate of healing.

Inflammation damages all cells and blocks mitochondrial breathing.

How do you know if you have a quiet inflammation? If you answer yes to at least three of the following questions, you are at high risk of silent inflammation: Are you overweight (BMI over 25)? Do you eat cholesterol medicine or cardiac medicine? Do you have sugarcravings? Do you suffer from fatigue?

The inflammation process is increasing as the omega6 omega3 ratio increases. Insulin also increases the rate of inflammation so that the blood sugar in balance is among the most important things we can do.

Tenisha in the United States suffered from blood clots for several years for 40 different medications and had amputated her lower legs. The doctor wanted to amputate her hands that were completely unusable. She received a powerful anti-inflammatory supplementary program where she took a supplement every hour she was awake. She ate only medical food and Ginger, cayenne, flavonoids and omega3. After three weeks her hands were restored. Within one year, she was medicated with the help of Dr. Bob Rakowski, Texas.

Pain and fatigue = inflammation!

Omega Omega6: Omega3 quota should be 2: 1 Recommendation for

cancer is 2: 1 cardiovascular disease 4: 1

Reality looks completely different in the population. Blood testing has shown that our population has significantly greater imbalances.

The older generation is about 10: 1 The younger about 19: 1 ADHD up to about 40: 1

Considering how many inflammatory diseases the elderly have today, the younger generation is a ticking timebomb with the imbalance of omega6: omega3!

Omega3 counteracts inflammation through 13 different processes, some described by Finnish physician Matti Tolonen in the book "Nutrition and mental health".

Other substances that are antiinflammatory (inhibiting cox2) are curcumin, rosemary and reservatrol. Vitamin D detoxifies the body and is anti-inflammatory.

Book consultation for a diet plan. Recommended products and foods are: Circulan, Sybas, Q10, Glucoboss for blood sugar balance, Optoimal Greens, E-Epa, Cayenne, Ginger, Meriva, Turmeric, Blueberries, Detox, Relaxator to reduce stress hormones and maximize oxygenation!
